Amanda Schull, born in Honolulu on 26 August 1978, is an American ballet and stage performer as well as an actress. She is a TV and film actress, as well as expert in ballet. Amanda Seales (formerly Amanda Diva) was born in Los Angeles on July 1 of 1981. She's a stand-up comedian, DJ, creator of content, and more. At age eight her family moved to Orlando where she attended Dr. Phillips High School. She then went to SUNY Purchase where her undergrad qualification was earned. Later, she attended Columbia University for her graduate in African American studies. She began her career as a character on the cult Nickelodeon sitcom, My Brother and Me (1994) playing the character Deonne and later became recognized by the general public as VJ Amanda Diva, the face of hip-hop on MTV2 Sucker Free Sundays. Amanda Seales spent some years as a recorded artist and poetry in spoken word. However, in 2011 she changed her name back to Amanda Seales. Soon after the credits on her TV show were also added. Through her production company DivaWorks Inc, she is the CEO, and she creates hilarious and insightful content for screens as well as stage. She has been very active in the empowerment of young women and removing racial discrimination. Furthermore she serves as the official ambassador of her mother's island, Grenada.
